Product structure characteristics
I. Winding:
Low-voltage coil is single-layer or multi-layer cylindrical structure, which is made of paper-wrapped oxygen-free copper flat wire or copper foil. High-voltage coil is made of multi-layer cylindrical structure and polyester enamelled copper wire or paper-wrapped copper wire. It has the characteristics of good mechanical strength and short-circuit resistance. The interlayer insulation is made of DLZ-0.08 insulating point adhesive paper. After the coil is wrapped, the adjacent two layers can be dried through the body. The mechanical strength of the coil is enhanced by sticking firmly.
2. Iron Core:
The biggest advantage of amorphous alloy core distribution transformer is that its no-load loss value is very low. Core, consisting of four separate core frames in the same plane, is three-phase five-column type. It must be annealed, with cross yoke joints, and the cross-section shape is rectangular. From the electrical performance. In order to reduce the shear of the core piece, the core of the whole product is composed of four separate core frames side by side, and each phase winding is set on two independent frames of magnetic circuit. In addition to the fundamental flux, the third harmonic flux exists in each frame. The third harmonic flux in two coil cores of one winding is exactly opposite in phase and equal in value. Therefore, the sum of the third harmonic flux vector in each winding is zero. If the primary side is D-connected, there will be no component of the third harmonic voltage when the secondary side voltage waveform is induced. Transformers made of amorphous alloys with iron cores are about 80% less than those made of silicon steel sheets with iron cores (referring to the power loss measured at the primary stage when the transformer is opened), and the no-load current (which is called no-load current when the transformer is opened at the secondary level) is about 85% less than those made of silicon steel sheets. It is an ideal distribution transformer with energy-saving effect, especially at present. It is suitable for low load ratio areas such as rural power grid and developing areas.
3. Oil tank:
Generally, it is rectangular structure. According to its capacity, the steel plates of 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm are used to ensure that the tank does not deform during long-distance transportation. The heat dissipation part is made of 1.2 mm or 1.5 mm thick steel plates, and the corrugated plate structure with expansion property ensures not only the heat dissipation of the transformer during operation, but also the thermal expansion and cold contraction of the transformer oil. Leakage is easy to occur.
4. Connection Groups and Pressure Range:
In general, Y, yn0 and D, yn11 are two kinds of connection groups, and the tapping range is generally rated voltage (+5%), (+2x2.5%) or (+4x2.5%).
